Airtel is just careless. I had two SIM cards on a mobile app, one with 10k balance, but the app forced me to use the first SIM for payment when I tried to buy data for the second SIM. I couldn't remove the first SIM and had to clear the app's data to start over. The app doesn't allow users to paste phone numbers, which is inconvenient. It also asks for permission to read contacts and SMS, which I find unnecessary. The app displays full-screen ads even when running in the background.

Really good app. I'd like to suggest a feature for a miniapp. Please create an option to make "wallets" for different needs so that one can organize how much they save towards their particular needs/goals/expenses. For example, creating a wallet to save for a new phone, a vacation, groceries, school fees, etc. This way you don't have to cross into the finances of one wallet or work out how to manage the entire lumpsum amount in order to save and withdraw for a different expense.

If Airtel can't run a simple app well, I wonder if I can even trust them with my airtime balance. They force me to update the app and then it stops completely working. I reinstall the app and it keeps saying can't connect to servers. Unfortunately I had bought airtime to buy data on the app. Now I have to find a way to use up my airtime and abandon Airtel completely. Such as painful experience
